BimBi Italiani’s Christmas Boxes promotes solidarity and sharing among children for children.

BimBi Italiani’s Christmas Boxes initiative is inspired by a similar initiative launched in Milan that spread across Italy. Christmas Boxes is a seasonal initiative in which expat children and their families share gifts with vulnerable, underprivileged children.

Through the Christmas Boxes, Italian and expat children prepare a gift that is donated to less advantaged children through specialised NGOs operating in the field of Education and Child Protection. The Christmas Boxes collection is complemented by a fundraising campaign to ensure everyone around the world can donate and help us procure more basic need items. Each Christmas Box contains the following:

o   One Christmas card

o   One toy

o   One school item

o   One beautify or a homecare product

o   One sweet thing

BimBi Italiani launched the first Christmas Boxes initiative in Bangkok in December 2021. The initiative was carried out in collaboration with “progetto MARCO” by Max Ferrari and Don Bruno. Over 150 Christmas Boxes went to the rural communities of Chae Hom, Lampang province, Northern Thailand.  The second initiative was carried out in 2022 resulting in over 676 Christmas Boxes distributed and EUR 281 collected!

CHRISTMAS BOXES 2023

390 Christmas gifts have been donated to the vulnerable children living in the foster care homes and in the disadvantaged communities in Pattaya, Bangkok and the rural areas of northern Thailand.

The Christmas Boxes project is part of BimBi Italiani's solidarity projects which support those who live in disadvantaged contexts by teaching children the joy of helping, donating and sharing.
