Interactive activities: they learn through practice, from choosing ingredients to preparation.
Tasting moments: they savor their creations at lunch and take home the specialties to share.
Final recognition: they officially become “Little Italian Chefs” in a celebratory event.

Our first weekly camp in Bangkok, Thailand, created in collaboration with The Pasta Apartment, was a great success, offering children an immersive experience in authentic Italian culinary tradition.
Guiding the young chefs on this culinary journey was Chef Filippo Bortolomedi, a professional Italian chef born and raised in Bolzano, Alto Adige, at the foot of the Dolomites. An expert in the pasta preparation and flour processing, Chef Filippo passionately shared authentic Italian recipes, imparting to the young chefs the value of regional traditions and a love for artfully prepared cuisine.

In this camp, children cook, create and celebrate Italian Carnival traditions through hands-on cooking activities and art workshops inspired by Italian regional culture. The camp offers:
• Guided, hands-on cooking sessions
• Art activities inspired by Italian Carnival traditions
• Opportunities to learn about Italian food culture, teamwork and healthy eating habits
• Shared meals and experiences in a warm, social and international atmosphere
The camp is open to children of all nationalities and does not require any prior knowledge of Italian. Lunch and snacks are included.

Buon Appetito! – Italian Cooking & Art Camp (Grandma’s Recipes Edition) is a hands-on and engaging camp designed for children aged 6 and above, where Italian cooking, creativity and tradition come together in a warm and authentic atmosphere. During the camp, children:
• Take part in guided, hands-on cooking sessions in a safe environment
• Discover traditional Italian recipes and stories connected to cooking
• Explore creativity through art activities linked to food and Italian culture
• Share meals and experiences in a welcoming, social and international setting
The camp is open to children of all nationalities and does not require any prior knowledge of Italian. Lunch and snacks are included.
